Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Manager specializing in Township Electrical & Maintenance, based in Lucknow. The Technical Manager will oversee daily electrical and maintenance operations for the township, manage technical teams, and implement project plans. Tasks include conducting technical assessments, supervising maintenance activities, providing technical support, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, the role involves supporting research and development activities to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving in technical contexts
- Proficiency in team management and leadership to oversee and guide technical teams
- Experience in technical support and Research and Development (R&D) to identify and implement improvements
- Project management expertise to plan, execute, and oversee maintenance and operational projects
- Solid understanding of electrical systems and maintenance procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and safety standards
- Relevant educational qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role in township or infrastructure maintenance is an advantage
