Responsible for Deliver Electrical and Electronic components,

subsystems and systems into vehicle.Evaluate concepts,

features and alternative for systemDevelop product specifications alongwith COC,

drawing and support PLM releasesDevelop,agree and deliver tes t planEnsure part availability for all gatewaysECN ManagementSupport builds and resolve issuesLead VAVE activitiesResponsible for delivery of components / systems meeting all targets and attributes Accountable for execution of all process activities to the program at all relevant gateways

Technical project management from concept stage to production for E & E aggregates / systems'Coord inate and influence a CFT(Internal as well as external stakeholders) for delivery as per NPI timeplan.

Internal stakeholders include COC, Labcar, launch team, principle engineers etc.External Stakeholders include CE office, transmission, engines,CAB, Projects, Chassis, Manufacturing, Styling,Service, Vendor development, vendors.

Manage project cadence and ensure transperant communication an d escalation throughdeveloping ad maintaining module plan and meetings

Tracking development across the product lifecycleResponsib le for closure of Issues in TML online systemPlan & support the prototype vehicle build for establishing the validation & reliabili ty of E & E aggregates / systems. Experience of project management in automotive or allied domains Demonstrable experience of deli very on electronic components/wiring harness etcAbility to interface and communicate at all levels.

Good knowledge of software rele ases and PLM system

Experience of automotive electricals and electronics development. Knowledge of wiring harness, connectors, elect ronics components, circuit design, debugging etc

Experience in design and development of one or more of above specified E & E aggre gates & systems.Knowledge of automotive electronic control systems - Functional, design aspects, application & integration.

Underst anding of the functional and physical interactions between vehicle sub-systems.

Should have basic understanding of various manufact uring Processes related to Softwares and electrical parts, End Of Line processes and diagnostic tool.

Working knowledge of problem s olving techniques and design optimization, Benchmarking, Warranty Analysis, Cost Reduction, Value Engg. Strong analytical skills.

E xcellent communication skills. Ability to lead the team to achieve the required functional / cost / weight / timing & quality objectives.

Awareness of 3D CAD packages such as CATIA V5, CAD data layouts, Digital Mock Ups (DMU), PLMKnowledge of all legislative sta ndards(AIS) and new regulations.(CMVR, EEC, ECE,ADR, FMVSS etc).

Knowledge about new technology and future trends in automotive vehi cle.Basic Knowledge of Six Sigma and Quality Tools e.g QFD , Tradeoff etc.
