Required Qualifications and Skills:
- BE / B Tech/ ME / MS / MTech in Computer Sciences, Electronics and Communications or Electrical Engineering fields with a proven academic track record
- Minimum 10+ years of Strong experience of software development experience and at least 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of IT products like ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, IRM and ITOM
- Must have IRM
- Knowledge on MID Server and integrations
- Expertise in writing JavaScript code
- Workflow Configuration
- Develop Custom Applications
- Development Integration components
- Strong expertise and proven track record in building applications using ServiceNow Platform
- Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
- Deep knowledge of AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, REST and associated frameworks
- Lead and own all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including Application UI Configuration, Workflow Configuration
- Demonstrated success completing complex projects, on time
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery
Desired Skills:
- Experience with creating enterprise software in the one of the application domains in which ServiceNow competes
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
- Expertise in writing JavaScript code
- Familiarity with SOA technologies including as REST, SOAP
- Experience in coding, object-oriented and modularized software
- Demonstrated success completing complex projects, on time
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
- Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform and API's
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Java, Python, Perl and bash
- Ability to create high performance, scalable systems
- Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer experiences
