Key Skills (Must Have)
- OSCP Certification (Mandatory)
- Web Application Security Testing (OWASP Top 10)
- API Security Testing
- Network / Infrastructure Pentesting
- Strong exploitation & privilege escalation skills
- Tools: Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit
Experience Required
- 28 years in penetration testing / offensive security
- Hands-on experience (not just tool-based scanning)
- Experience in writing client-ready VAPT reports
Selection Process

- Hands-on lab test (OSCP-style) 48-hour challenge + report submission
