Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead Full Stack Developer to lead our

engineering team in designing, developing, and scaling cutting-edge applications. The ideal

candidate will have deep expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, along with

proven leadership and mentoring experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable full stack applications.

Drive technical strategy, code quality, and best practices across the engineering team.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business

requirements into technical solutions.

Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring skill development and knowledge sharing.

Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization for high-traffic applications.

Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high availability and reliability of

systems.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.

Required Skills & Experience

812 years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/mentoring role.

Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (React.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3,

JavaScript/TypeScript).

Hands-on expertise in back-end development using Node.js / Java / .NET (any core

backend stack).

Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar).

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker,

Kubernetes).

Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and GraphQL.

Strong problem-solving, system design, and analytical skills.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good to Have

Experience in fintech or high-scale consumer-facing platforms.

Exposure to data engineering or ML-based applications.

Knowledge of security best practices in application development.
