To lead and deliver end-to-end implementation of international management system standards—including IATF 16949, AS9100, and ISO 13485—for clients across automotive, aerospace, and medical device sectors. The role is accountable for certification readiness, integrated system design, and driving measurable improvements in process effectiveness and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Leadership & Ownership
Lead end-to-end implementation from gap analysis to certification closure
Define project roadmap, timelines, and deliverables with full ownership
Design and deploy Management Systems
System Design & Deployment
Develop process maps (SIPOC/Turtle), SOPs, quality manuals, and procedures
Align documentation with standard clauses and operational practices
Integrate core tools
Audit & Certification Management
Conduct internal and pre-assessment audits
Lead Stage 1 & Stage 2 audit readiness
Interface with certification bodies and auditors
Drive RCA, CA and closure of non-conformities
Consulting & Client Engagement
Act as advisor to client leadership
Customize implementation based on maturity and needs
Manage stakeholder communication and governance
Training & Capability Building
Deliver training on standards and core tools
Build client capability for sustainability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial preferred)
8+ years of QMS implementation experience
Certifications in IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485 (preferred)
Preferred Experience
Consulting or multi-client environment experience
Exposure to automotive, aerospace, and medical device industries
Experience in certification audit handling

Base Location: Tamil Nadu – Coimbatore
Work Model: Predominantly client-site based with limited remote work for documentation and planning
Travel Requirement: High travel role (approximately 80%–90%) depending on project allocation
Client Locations: Across India, primarily: Automotive clusters, Aerospace and precision manufacturing hubs, medical device manufacturing locations, Travel on short notice based on project needs, Work independently at client locations
Travel Support: All official travel, accommodation, and related expenses will be covered/reimbursed as per company policy
