The successful candidate will be responsible for leading development teams to design, implement, and maintain robust software solutions using Java and Gen AI technologies. The role involves direct collaboration with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead a team of developers in the design and development of software applications using Java.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver technical solutions.

- Implement Generative AI techniques, focusing on AI prompt and response generation.

- Oversee code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.

- Facilitate Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to enhance team efficiency.

- Mentor and support junior developers in their professional growth.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the software development landscape.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 8 to 11 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on Java.

- Proven experience with Generative AI and proficiency in AI prompt and response techniques.

- Solid understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and development processes.

- Experience leading and mentoring software development teams.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with clients and teams.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Knowledge of additional programming languages or technologies is a plus.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
