As a Frontend Technical Lead, you will:

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of web developers, providing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals effectively

Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of web applications using React.js, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines

Build and deploy web applications from scratch

Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

Maintain clear and concise documentation of technical specifications, code changes, and architectural decisions

Prepare growth plan for the team and help them achieve it

Provide regular feedback for the team

We are looking for someone with:

8-12 years of hands-on experience in web development, with a significant focus on React.js

Strong fundamental knowledge of the React library and JavaScript

Solid understanding of Frontend technologies, CDNs, Load Balancing, Caching, Nginx, browser APIs, HTML, CSS

Solid understanding of responsive web design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards

Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and web security best practices

Proven experience in leading and managing development teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship

Willingness to work in a startup like environment

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology

Following aspects would be a plus:

Prior experience in FinTech

Experience with server-side technologies like Node.js or backend frameworks like Express, Django or Rails

Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, MobX, and popular UI component libraries

Experience with Full Stack development

Contributed to open-source projects

Contributed to React Native development
