Role Overview

We're hiring a Tech Lead / Engineering Lead to drive the design and development of an enterprise-grade AI product. The ideal candidate will be skilled across Frontend, Backend, and API integration, with hands-on experience in WatsonX, AI/LLM, and Cloud Deployment.

Job Details:

Position: Senior Technical Lead / Engineering Manager AI Product Builder

Experience: 7+ years of total software development experience, including at least 2+ years of hands-on work in AI development with Python and the Watsonx platform.

Location: Noida (WFO- 5 days)

CTC: Best in Market

Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Mandatory Skills

• Full Stack Development: React / Angular / Vue (Frontend) and Node.js / Python / Java / .NET (Backend)
• Hands-on with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Cloud platforms (IBM / AWS / Azure)
• Experience in AI / Chatbot / LLM-based product development
• Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Agile environments
• Strong understanding of WatsonX.ai, WatsonX.data, Watson Assistant, and Orchestrate

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of AI-powered enterprise solutions.
• Architect and develop scalable SaaS platforms integrated with IBM WatsonX.
• Build and deploy AI-driven chatbots, automation, and data intelligence tools.
• Interact directly with clients to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and lead the technical solutioning and presentation.
• Integrate WatsonX services (AI, Data, Orchestrate, Assistant) into enterprise systems.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and high-quality standards across the stack.
• Mentor engineers and drive innovation using the latest AI advancements.
