Techdome is hiring a Technical Delivery Manager in Hyderabad / Indore (hybrid) to own end-to-end delivery of software projects across our payments and platform products. This delivery / program management role leads cross-functional engineering teams using Agile / Scrum, managing scope, timelines, budget, risk, and client and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of software projects: scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, design).
- Run Agile / Scrum delivery: planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage client and stakeholder communication, expectations, and escalations.
- Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks early.
- Plan resourcing and capacity; keep teams unblocked.
- Report on project health and delivery metrics to leadership and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years delivering software projects, including experience leading teams.
- Strong Agile / Scrum and modern software delivery expertise.
- A technical background — comfortable in engineering discussions and trade-offs.
- Excellent stakeholder, client, and risk management.
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Preferred Skills
- Payments / fintech project delivery experience.
- PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certification.
- Comfort using AI tools to speed up delivery, reporting, and documentation.
