We are hiring a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager with a strong background in telecom and B2B project delivery. This role demands a technically sound leader who can drive end-to-end delivery in agile environments, ensuring quality outcomes across complex telco solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom-based B2B projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to manage scope, priorities, risks, and dependencies
  • Apply agile delivery principles to manage and optimize workflows, sprints, and releases
  • Monitor project health through metrics and proactively resolve issues to keep delivery on track
  • Build strong client relationships through consistent communication, transparency, and technical credibility

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project and delivery management, with a strong technical background
  • At least 5 years of domain experience in the Telecom (Telco) industry
  • Proven experience in B2B delivery environments
  • Deep understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple project streams simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Profile

  • Individuals who have grown from technical roles into delivery leadership positions
  • Experience managing distributed teams in hybrid work setups
  • Familiarity with BRB (Build, Run, and Business support) delivery structures in telecom
