Role Overview

We're hiring a Technical Content Writer to create a structured User Manual and an intuitive online help portal (e.g., GitBook). You'll work with product and engineering teams to turn complex workflows into clear, user-friendly documentation.

Responsibilities

• Write and organize product documentation, guides, FAQs, and release notes
• Build and maintain GitBook-based help portal
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather and simplify technical content
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and accessibility across all materials

Requirements

• Experience in technical writing for software/SaaS
• Proficiency with GitBook, Markdown, and version control
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Portfolio of past work (GitBook/help portals preferred)
