Minor Medium Incident / Problem Trouble Shooting.

Monitoring of Devices and report it if there is any issue.

Change Management

Patch Management

Knowledge management (KEDB)

Documentation and Reporting

Getting resolution from OEM for Case raise

Hands on experience of configuration and maintenance of Cisco Data Technology solutions Routing and Switching Technologies and good experience in administration maintenance of Cisco Data solution.

• knowledge of Cisco Router, Switches, Wireless Acess Points.
• Hands on experience (Configuration and maintenance) on Cisco Data Products like :

Cisco Routing protocol RIP, EIGRP, OSPF

Knowledge of Switching STP, VLAN, HSRP,VTP

Cisco AP Configuration such addition in controller etc.

Monitoring of devices and report if there is any issue.

Daily Checklist as per site requirement.

Attending the day to day MAC tickets.
