About the Company

A fast-growing, US-headquartered product company is scaling its India hub and has partnered with Flexiple to hire technical consultants who sit between its product and its customers. You will translate real business problems into working technical solutions for a company whose software is already in production worldwide. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Technical Consultant, you will scope, design, and deliver implementations on the company's platform, guiding customers from requirement to a configured, working system that holds up in production.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Delivery

• Gather requirements and translate them into clear technical designs
• Configure, integrate, and customise the platform to fit customer workflows
• Build and test integrations across APIs, data sources, and third-party tools

Advisory & Enablement

• Advise customers on best-practice setup and adoption
• Troubleshoot issues and partner with engineering on fixes
• Document configurations, runbooks, and handover notes

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2 to 6 years in technical consulting, solution engineering, or implementation
• Hands-on with APIs, SQL, and at least one scripting language
• Able to explain technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SaaS implementations or platform integrations
• Experience working with global or US-based customers
• A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
