About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail/LS Central. The role involves development, customization, integration, and technical support for ERP and retail solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize modules in Business Central & LS Retail/LS Central (Inventory, POS, Sales, Purchase, Finance).
- Create, modify, and validate reports, tables, pages, and APIs.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.
- Provide on-site and remote support during Go-Live and post-implementation.
- Customize standard LS Central and Business Central functionalities as per client needs.
- Integrate third-party applications (e.g., SMS gateway, retail apps).
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Perform unit testing and validation against business requirements.
- Support clients during CRP, UAT, and training phases.
Qualifications
- 36 years of experience with Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central & LS Retail/LS Central.
- Proficiency in AL and C/AL programming.
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, Visual Studio Code, SSMS, IIS.
- Hands-on with reports, extensions, API integrations, and customizations.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or manufacturing industries preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with global retail or supermarket chains.
- Exposure to VAT implementation and compliance.
- Knowledge of cloud deployments and upgrades in Business Central.
