About the Role:

Functional Consultant (offshore) will be responsible for bridging the gap between client business stakeholders and technology teams. Candidate will be part of dedicated team responsible for build and rollout of Agentic AI solutions, expected to work closely with the client teams to understand current business processes, identify paint points, gaps, gather and document requirements, process flows etc. This role requires strong consulting, business analysis and communication skills, along with ability to engage confidently with both business and engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Work closely with client business and operational teams to understand existing processes, systems, and workflows.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Create process maps, user journeys, business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specification documents (FSDs), and use cases.
• Gather, document, and prioritize business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, decisions etc.

Skills and Qualification:

• Experience in digital transformation, enterprise applications, data & analytics
• AI/GenAI/Agentic AI – Claude Cowork or similar
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working directly with client stakeholders
• Good to have: Exposure to Real Estate operations, property management, leasing, construction, or related business functions.
