Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Salary: 10 LPA

To strengthen the link between our technical and operational teams, were looking for a tech-savvy Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of product, documentation, and support operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys translating complex ideas into clear workflows, ensuring smooth communication across teams, and driving product development forward with precision.

:1. Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Own the creation and upkeep of technical and product documentation, making sure its clear, concise, and always up to date.
  • Translate technical workflows into easy-to-understand guides for internal teams.
  • Build onboarding and reference content that empowers both technical and non-technical colleagues.

2. Product Requirement Gathering & Analysis

  • Work closely with the founders on a daily basis to discuss product plans, clarify requirements, and align on priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to capture and refine feature requirements, document functional specs, and update product roadmaps.
  • Track bug reports, feature requests, and feedback loops to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and product reviews to ensure alignment between business needs and tech execution.

3. Tech Support Communication & Insights

  • Manage the Tech Support inbox and act as the first line of coordination for technical queries.
  • Ensure timely triaging, follow-up, and closure of issues while maintaining a professional, supportive tone.
  • Spot patterns and recurring issues from support tickets and share actionable insights with the tech/product teams.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the bridge between developers, QA, support, and operations, ensuring smooth communication and workflow alignment.
  • Be the go-to person for understanding how internal systems and product functionalities work.
  • Facilitate seamless knowledge transfer across teams, reducing dependency bottlenecks.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a technical/business analyst or IT support-related role.
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Basic understanding of data concepts (databases, APIs, etc.) is a plus.

CTC:

CTC is Flexible & will be decided after the final round based on your performance.
