Technical business Analyst ( TBA) / Associate Product Owner / Marketing Technology ( 5-8 Yrs. Experience)

The Opportunity:

This is a hands-on rolewhich offers rich opportunities to grow in the technology industry working on leading Adobe tech areas such as AI, Customer Data Platforms, The candidate should bring ingood working experience of working on Adobe technology and should have demonstrated this via quantifiable and qualitative experience. The TBAconducting analyses and developing high impact recommendations and oversee the overall program as the client custodian aligned to client priorities and leadership. He/shewill also have opportunities to lead business initiatives and help innovate and strategize the Martech platform initiatives.

The primary responsibility includes insight generation, providing recommendations & decisions for implementation, driving critical metric measurement, and executive reporting of KPIs across Adobe products, AEP, Customer JourneyAnalytics and Journey optimizer The person will partner closely with Technology and Marketing teams to innovate and drive well-rounded CDP driven use case implementation, business and strategy in a multi partner ecosystem


.Develop customer insights and analysis by identifying and providing data insights.

.Collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders holding an Agile first Marketing transformation.

.Executive reporting and analysis of historical data, ensure accuracy and distribution.

.Drive exploratory data analysis that marries qualitative assessment/research with quantitative supporting findings to drive decisions.

.Partner with product management/engineering/marketing to define use cases, platform, delivery roadmaps set critical metrics, build & support dashboards/reports that will support strategic decisions.

.Communicate/present concise and concrete reports to all collaborators of business, technology and partners.

.Design and automate reporting that drives an improved understanding of product usage & User journey in Adobe Experience cloud.

.Develop and run ad-hoc reports to answer business questions and support data-driven decision-making when needed.

.Use multiple data sources to provide a view of the customer journey across products.

.Find innovative ways to search for relevant patterns, trends, and relationships amongst large data volumes that lead to business/ productimprovement.


.6 to 8 years of proven experience in technology, product/marketing analytics and driving concrete insights.

.Worked on at least one largetransformation program end to end in CDP or advanced analytics.

.Strong analytical and quantitative orientation and a good team player

.Proven understanding of Customer data, customer Data platforms and B2C journeys.

.Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

.Can clearly, concisely, optimally across multiple levels within the organization, ability to transform data into clear presentations for leadership.
