About the Role:

As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll be the vital bridge between our business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements.

You'll lead business analysis activities for high-priority initiatives while managing projects that deliver tangible value to our corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activities for key technology initiatives, including requirements gathering, documentation, and validation
• Manage technology projects from inception to successful implementation, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Develop process maps and conduct detailed analysis to identify opportunities for

improvement and optimization

• Create compelling executive presentations and documentation to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and build consensus among stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
• Provide subject matter expertise in business analysis methodologies and best practices
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes

About the Team:

You'll be joining the Corporate Functions IT team that provides Technology change and operations to internal group functions at Swiss Re including HR, Corporate Real Estate Services, Group

Communications and Branding & Marketing. Our team is responsible for delivering technology solutions that enable these functions to operate efficiently and effectively. This role reports to a Product & Delivery Director and offers excellent exposure to challenging Tech delivery/implementation projects and senior stakeholders.

Your strong communication skills allow you to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and you take pride in delivering high-quality results that drive business value. You're comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and have a passion for continuous improvement.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technology project management with demonstrated
• ability to lead projects from conception to completion
• Strong business analysis experience with proficiency in requirements gathering,
• documentation, and validation
• Knowledge of recognized project management and/or business analysis methodologies
• (certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, or equivalent are preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage with
• stakeholders at all levels
• These are additional nice to haves:
• Experience working in a technology consulting environment
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies
• Experience with business process modeling tools and techniques
• Understanding of corporate functions such as HR, Finance, or Communications
• Experience working in the insurance or financial services industry.
