Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, along with hands-on experience in gathering business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and supporting the successful delivery of technology solutions.
The candidate should possess a good understanding of software development methodologies, system integrations, APIs, and Agile delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
- Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Perform gap analysis and propose suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams during design and implementation phases.
- Define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analyze system workflows, integrations, and data requirements.
- Work with APIs and understand system-to-system integrations.
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
- Ensure requirements are clearly communicated throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare process flow diagrams, wireframes, and technical documentation when required.
- Assist in change management and production support activities.
