Technical Architect / Tech Lead – AI-Native Engineering

We are looking for experienced Technical Architects / Tech Leads who can combine strong software engineering and architecture fundamentals with AI-enabled and AI-native development practices. The role requires high ownership, architectural depth, and the ability to drive rapid delivery using Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and AI-assisted engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture and end-to-end delivery of scalable products using AI-native engineering models

Define technical specifications, architecture standards, and structured execution frameworks for AI-assisted development

Drive engineering excellence across system design, scalability, automation, reliability, and security

Establish and scale AI-enabled development practices, including AI copilots, code generation, workflow automation, and accelerated delivery models

Mentor teams on modern engineering practices, AI-assisted workflows, and scalable architecture patterns

Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of software engineering experience with recent Technical Architect / Tech Lead responsibilities

Strong expertise in system architecture, backend engineering, APIs, distributed systems, and scalable platforms

Experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD), automation-first engineering, CI/CD, and modern development practices

Strong proficiency in Python and modern backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask

Ability to balance speed, quality, scalability, and engineering governance in startup-like environments

Preferred Experience

Hands-on experience with AI-enabled or AI-native development workflows, including LLM-assisted engineering and AI coding tools

Experience working in AI-native startups or innovation-led engineering teams

Exposure to prompt engineering, LLM integrations, AI orchestration frameworks, and rapid prototyping models

Track record of building scalable engineering practices and driving technology transformation initiatives
