Technical Analyst

A bit about you

As an Associate Technical Analyst, you will play a critical role in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to GT platform/products and digital advertising campaigns. The Analyst will partner with internal and external stakeholders to help understand and communicate business challenges and solutions across all revenue streams and collaborate with Ad Ops, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

**Shift Timing: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST**

You will:

• Analyze trends to identify discrepancies
• Pull out data points for root cause analysis
• Create dashboards to track analysis
• Triage and respond to requests from internal stakeholders
• Read and maintain reports to proactively flag concerns
• Participate in after-action reviews
• Cultivate organization-wide relationships through listening, understanding challenges, and providing thoughtful solutions

• Some programming experience or the ability to read code is a plus
