Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance to clients over the phone or email
Resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems
Provide excellent customer service by understanding the client's needs
Document technical issues and solutions in a detailed and clear manner
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues
Keep updated with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry
Skills and Qualifications
0-5 years of experience in technical support
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS
Familiarity with network systems and protocols
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Good time-management skills
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) is a plus
