Description

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers/entry-level candidates to join our Tech Support team in India. In this role, you will assist customers with their technical issues and provide solutions to enhance their experience with our products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve their technical problems.
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
