Job Description - Tech Lead Java
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 10+ Years
- Understand functional needs to define system specifications
- Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
- Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods.
- Oversee assigned programs (Technical Audits) and provide guidance to team members
- Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
- Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
- Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions
- Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead and hands-on experience with software development and system administration
- Understanding of strategic IT solutions
- Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
- Problem-solving aptitude & knowledge of one core language
- Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX)
- Deep knowledge of databases (e.g. MySQL,MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience in cloud technologies (e.g. AWS/Azure)
- Excellent communication skills & Organizational and leadership skills
- Good team leader qualitiesReviewing the work of other developers and providing feedback.
- Experience in Scrum/Agile methodology is a plus.Ensure that the Team is working as per the listed procedures
- Take and suggest measures to improve team productivity and mentor the team
- Should be flexible enough and be adaptable to the changing and varied work settings
- Should carefully analyze the details of all the work.
- Will be the interface between the team and the management.
