Role Overview
The TechnoFunctional Lead will be responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving solution design, proofofconcepts, and delivery of advanced data engineering and analytics solutions. This role requires strong expertise in cloud platforms, data pipelines, and AI enablement, combined with domain knowledge and leadership skills to mentor teams and ensure timely execution.

Key Responsibilities
Solutioning & Design : Participate in architecture discussions, design scalable data solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs.
Documentation Preparedness : Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for projects.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
POC Development : Drive proofofconcepts to validate new technologies, frameworks, and approaches.
Cloud Expertise : Handson experience with AWS, Azure, or Snowflake for data storage, processing, and analytics.
Domain Knowledge : Apply understanding of domains such as sales, manufacturing, finance, or others to contextualize solutions.
Data Pipeline Development : Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, applying business transformations to ensure data quality and usability.
AI Enablement : Integrate AI agents, agentic AI, and generative AI capabilities into applications for enhanced insights.
Team Leadership : Mentor engineers and analysts, ensuring deliverables are completed within stipulated timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
10-12 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, and solution delivery.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
Proven track record in building data pipelines and applying business transformations.
Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies and their integration into enterprise applications.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders.
Domain expertise in at least one industry vertical (sales, manufacturing, finance, etc.).
Leadership experience in mentoring teams and driving project execution.

Domain/ Industry Knowledge:

• Working knowledge of customer's business processes and relevant technology platform or product.
• Able to analyze current-state and define to-be processes in collaboration with SME and present recommendations with tangible benefits.

Product/ Technology Knowledge:

• Implement code or configure/customize products, drive adoption of industry standards and practices, and contribute to development of reusable assets and innovative solutions.
• Conduct technical sessions and knowledge sharing sessions, and work on complex modules independently.
• Analyze various frameworks/tools and present recommendations, contribute to development of training and certification material, and demonstrate thought leadership through whitepapers and webinars.
