Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Support the sales and marketing team in generating leads and enquiries from potential clients.
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Maintain and update customer and prospect information in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.
Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations as required.
Prepare basic sales reports, marketing updates, and MIS for management review.
Support promotional events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
Assist in preparation of quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales targets.
