Position : Team Member Analytics & MIS
Department : CSO
Function : DRT
Position based at (Location): Noida
Reports to : Lead Dispute Analytics & MIS
This role is responsible for MIS & Analytics. The primary responsibility would be ensuring reports to be published regularly and analyzing trends. The role would be responsible for flashing performance reports and coordination with various departments.
Additionally, the position would be responsible to ensure TRAI compliance and coordination with auditors and ensure data sharing, discussion and closure of all internal, external and M&B Audits.
- PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensuring regular flashing of MIS as desired by management.
- Preparation of TRAI reports pertaining to billing disputes.
- Coordination with internal and external auditors.
- Ensuring all waivers approved are posted in Kenan.
- Ensuring all QOS SRs are closed within the timeline prescribed by TRAI.

- CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Good Oral and Written Presentation skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint Presentation
- Ability to analyze and present data for management analysis
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Graduation in any discipline with minimum 4 years of experience in MIS and Analytics with good working knowledge of excel and PPT (Telecom and dispute resolution related Experience preferred)
