Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience onMSSQL & Oracle, PL/SQL
  • Knowledge ofWindows Application server (IIS), Linux
  • Knowledge of CRM NEXT / DAP will be an added advantage
  • Web Technologies : Asp.Net, IIS, HTML

Job Description /Responsibilities:
  • Managing various applications and their configurations
  • Figuring out ways to find the bug utilizing troubleshooting techniques and all the tools and systems available within the organization
  • Co-ordination with different teams(like Windows, Firewall, Network and others)
  • To perform SIT(System Integration Testing)
  • Production Support for application issues
  • Co-ordination with BSG and Vendor for requirement discussion.
  • Good Communication skill set(Writing /Verbal)
  • Coordinating with multiple internal and external teams for project delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff either as a contributor of the project, or in an advisory capacity to their work.
  • Understanding of CRMNEXT Application / DAP platform.
  • Understanding on LMS / LOS application in BFSI Domain.
  • Managing the UAT deliveries and Ensuring Testing & Sign off of the Project / Change Requests.
  • Keep the Manager appraised of the task accomplishment, issues, status, Escalate issues that cannot be resolved by the team to Project Manager.
  • Understanding on Web services (SOAP and Rest APIs), and coordination with Application Teams for Integrations of Services related project.

Scope of work:
  • Assisting with architecting the CRM system, related customizations, portals, and reports to model the bank's organizational process
  • Participating in requirement gathering, technical design and architecting sessions
  • Creating data migration and integration mappings
  • Resolving technical issues with servers, authentication, IIS, Exchange, SQL and other related technologies to CRM.
  • Installing CRM and its related components with help of CRM Vendor and Support Teams.
  • Responsible for closing tickets in defined TAT
  • Active monitoring of application and in case of any issue highlighting the issue to seniors/client
  • Checking IM and RF ticket on daily basis
  • Co-coordinating with several Teams for production related issue like UAT deployment, UAT sign off ( Server Team, Network Team, BSG, DBA Support , Release Team )
  • Ready to be available during off hours for critical activities like application upgrade/migrations, DR drills etc.
  • Participation in calls to discuss production related changes to move in production
