We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Manager to lead our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in team management and a passion for driving team performance and development.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals
Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity
Facilitate training and development programs for team members
Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments
Prepare reports on team performance and present to upper management
Resolve conflicts and foster a positive team environment

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any of the field
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
