Location: MIDC Bhosari, Pune
- Involved in inspecting Manufacturing parts for defects like dimensional inconsistencies, bends outside tolerance, scratches, or improper finishing. This might involve using measuring tools, gauges, and visual inspection techniques.
- Responsible for documenting your inspections and test results. This may include creating reports highlighting any non-conformances and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures. This could involve creating checklists, inspection plans, and participating in supplier quality audits.
- Conducting inspections and audits of products, services, or processes to ensure they meet the established quality standards, like process audit & DOL audit.
- Collate and evaluate supplier quality data
- To monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance
- Prepare data for supplier Parts Per Million (PPM), supplier problem solving on time, which support to improve supplier vendor ratings
- Prepare detailed records and documentation related to quality control procedures, inspections, and audits
- Prepare data related to quality metrics, defect rates, and performance to identify trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor / Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 Years in Manufacturing, casting, machining or equivalent.
- Strong leadership skills and abilities
- Committed to ongoing personal growth and skill enhancement through training and development courses
- Excellent verbal and written skills coupled with strong MS Office skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong organization and planning skills
