Key Responsibilities
- Team Management & Sales Coaching
Lead and supervise a team of 6–8 counsellors (L1 and L2). Conduct daily team huddles and assign lead batches strategically. Review counselling calls, follow-ups, and registration approaches. Coach team members on objection handling, sales pitches, and CRM best practices.
- Sales Target Monitoring & Conversion
Track daily, weekly, and monthly counselling and registration targets. Ensure complete follow-up compliance and minimize lead wastage. Improve lead-to-counselling and counselling-to-registration conversion ratios. Drive referral lead generation through student engagement.
Ensure accurate CRM usage, including tagging, call notes, and updates. Coordinate with QA and sales audit teams to resolve errors and implement feedback. Maintain branch-level performance dashboards and funnel tracking. Improve walk-ins, online counselling participation, and lead management efficiency.
Coordinate with Admissions, Visa, and SST teams to resolve student queries. Handle escalations and manage student concerns professionally. Ensure timely fee collection and coordinate with Accounts for follow-ups. Organize webinars, branch events, and university partner meetings.
