- The Team Leader of the ISPL IT Digital Marketplace team will be the cornerstone between the headquarter team based in France and the local teams in India.
- Is mostly involved in the operational activities of his/her scope and oversees the day-to-day activities of his/her team.
- Act mainly as an expert and operational relay to his/her management, team and peers.
- Create a clear and stimulating climate for staff to operate under best conditions.
- Dedicated a minority stake of his/her time to managerial activities (operational steering, recruitment, career management, appraisals, objectives).
- Does not deal with CRP process or disciplinary topics
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ISPL Marketplace local teams; Development; QA; Data
- Understand IT Digital Marketplace business activities, missions and purposes and understand the customers expectation to give instruction locally
- Guaranty the quality of the local team
o Ticket correctly managed and delivered on time by the development team
o Test plan correctly executed by the QA team
o Data dashboard correctly managed and delivered on time
Direct Responsibilities
- Attend DMP operational meeting: report status; sprint planning; demo; weekly data; dedicated ISPL meeting.
- Maintain task list and monitors activity reports
- Manage as direct report the different team:
o 4 developper
o 3 QA
o 2 Data
