We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader for our Medical Coding Surgery Speciality, CPC certified at Egmore/Nungambakkam/Anna Nagar, Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of coding specialists, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of coding practices, and driving team performance.

Note: Need to have experience in Provider side, physician billing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of coding specialists to ensure high-quality coding practices.
• Oversee the coding and documentation processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their coding skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate coding and billing processes.
• Analyze coding data and provide reports to improve team performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in medical coding, with a strong understanding of coding guidelines and regulations.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification is preferred.
• Proficient in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Salary: 7 lacs-9.5 lacs p.a. (Will be matched according to previous salary and experience)

Work Location: Egmore, Nungambakkam, Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
