Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Two wheeler Team Leader located in Chhatarpur. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team, dealership relationship,ensuring that team goals and targets are met, and providing guidance and support to team members. Duties include monitoring team performance, conducting regular meetings, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. The Team Leader will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive team environment.
