Description
We are looking for an experienced Wind Turbine Team Leader (Enercon) to join international wind farm projects. The role involves leading a team of technicians during wind turbine installation and maintenance activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution of work according to OEM procedures. This is a hands-on, field-based position with regular international travel.
Your Qualifications
- Min. 2 years experience as Wind Turbine Team Leader (Enercon)
- Wind turbine systems knowledge mechanical electrical hydraulic
- Troubleshooting fault finding OEM documentation and reporting
- Team leadership in wind energy field projects
- Stress resistance and performance under pressure
- Conflict management and strong interpersonal skills
- English B2 required German communicative advantage
- Valid GWO certification
- Driving licence category B
- MS Office skills
- Medical fitness for working at height
- Willingness to travel internationally
Your Role
- Support troubleshooting and technical problem solving in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ensure compliance with Enercon OEM manuals, work instructions, and safety procedures
- Ensure accurate reporting according to OEM and project requirements
- Monitor work progress and maintain high quality standards on site
- Plan and organize daily work activities and delegate tasks according to project needs
- Supervise and coordinate a team of wind turbine technicians on site
- Mentor technicians and support their technical development through knowledge sharing
- Ensure smooth communication between team members and site management
- Strong communication skills in an international work environment
- Conflict resolution and ability to work effectively in a team
- Stress resistance and ability to perform under pressure in dynamic site conditions
