Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 collections agents to meet targets

- Conduct call monitoring, performance reviews, and team coaching

- Drive incentives, team engagement, and skill development

- Uphold company policies, client goals, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

- 1+ year of Team Leader experience

- 4+ years of international BPO experience

- Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills

- Night shift willingness

- MS Office, Excel, and PPT proficiency

- Graduate degree preferred
