Team Leader is required for managing Operations team Automotive Assistance process. A blended process wherein team would be handling campaigns through IB/OB calls/Email/Chat/Social Media queries depending on the process requirement round the clock (24x7/ 365 days a year)
Responsible for help in increase the overall performance of our associates and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
TL has to drive daily daily/ monthly targets/KPI/SLA .
Accountability of the KPI/SLA performance of team will lie with TL.
Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.
Need to manage blended process wherein team members will be switched between Inbound and outbound calls.
Need to engage the team in different activities to increase agent productivity & utilization
Need to interact with customers, as and when need arises
Regular interaction with clients and internal stake holders at Allianz Partners
Need to work and coordinate with different teams at Allianz Partners to derive the end results
Take up and address the team issues and escalate appropriately
Achieve KPIs / Targets assigned to team every week/month/year with quality
Publish various reports internally & externally as per requirements within stipulated timelines
Maintain process hygiene and team spirit
Work as a team player to achieve the common goal of the process & organization along with attrition and shrinkage
Should be able to handle the pressure situations during peak volumes
Proactively work and highlight the scope of improvement for the betterment of process
