What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of customer service agents handling inbound/Outbound(sales)
- Monitor performance, coach team members, and drive results.
- Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.
- Prepare performance reports and ensure SLA compliance.
What We're Looking For:
- Any Graduate
- 2+ Years of exp in Bpo/Sales
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in a Customer Service/Sales Process
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
