Key Responsibility Areas
1. Responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and delivery of high-quality Node.js applications.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, and you will play a key role in driving technical innovation within the organization.
3. Lead and mentor a team of Node.js developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
4. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
5. Participate in the design and architecture of scalable and maintainable Node.js applications.
6. Ensure the development team follows best practices, coding standards, and established processes.
7. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
8. Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to optimize the performance and scalability of Node.js applications.
9. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Node.js development and recommend improvements to the development process.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with team members to find effective solutions.
11. Provide technical leadership and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development team.
12. Manage and ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
13. Maintain documentation as per CMMi L5 DEV requirements

Skills Required
1. Proven experience as a Node.js developer, with a strong understanding of the Node.js ecosystem and its components.
2. Solid expertise in TypeScript and experience with modern frameworks such as NEST.js.
3. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
4. Familiarity with microservices architecture.
5. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
6. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
7. Familiarity with ORM tools such as Prisma and Drizzle.
8. Proficient in JavaScript and experience with front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
9. Experience with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
10. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
13. Proven ability to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget
14. Strong expertise with Node.js and popular frameworks, such as Express and NestJS. Thorough understanding and proficiency in developing RESTful APIs, including best practices, authentication, and data management.
15. Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail, coupled with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
16. Working under pressure for timely deliveries
17. Knowledge of global standards and best practices in development
18. Preferable development experience for Education and Healthcare domains

Desired Qualification
1. BCA / MCA degree / B.Tech IT (full time preferred) or equivalent

1. Relevant experience of 3-6 years (as team lead)
