Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Team Lead in Edtech Direct Learning Programs Sales. The selected candidate will lead sales initiatives for direct learning programs, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and engage with potential clients to understand their organizational needs. Key responsibilities include managing and training the sales team, analyzing market trends, building client relationships, and delivering measurable outcomes. Collaboration across teams to enhance program outreach and ensure exceptional client satisfaction will be integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including experience leading a sales team and achieving sales targets
  • Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Client Relationship Management expertise
  • Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Networking to effectively engage prospective clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in Edtech or Corporate Training sectors is preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams towards achieving organizational goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
