Job description
Role & responsibilities :
1. Team Management:
- Lead, Monitor and Motivate a team of sales closer to achiev and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor daily, Weekly and monthly performance metrics.
- Provide regular feedback, training and coachin sessions.
2. Sales Execution:
- Actively Support the team in deal closure
- Analyse sales pitches, suggest improvements and implement best practices.
- Maintain a personal sales pipeline and close key opportunities as needed.
3. Process & Strategy:
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM updates and quality standards.
- Collaborate with marketing & lead generation team to ensure high quality lead flow.
- Provide insights to leadership on market trends, Customer behaviour and competitor activity.
4. Reporting:
- Generate and analyse performance reports.
- Present progress and insights to senior management regularly.
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred)
