Role & responsibilities :

1. Team Management:

  • Lead, Monitor and Motivate a team of sales closer to achiev and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor daily, Weekly and monthly performance metrics.
  • Provide regular feedback, training and coachin sessions.

2. Sales Execution:

  • Actively Support the team in deal closure
  • Analyse sales pitches, suggest improvements and implement best practices.
  • Maintain a personal sales pipeline and close key opportunities as needed.

3. Process & Strategy:

  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM updates and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing & lead generation team to ensure high quality lead flow.
  • Provide insights to leadership on market trends, Customer behaviour and competitor activity.

4. Reporting:

  • Generate and analyse performance reports.
  • Present progress and insights to senior management regularly.
  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred)
