Uplers is Looking for:

  • Managing team of 4 to 5 BDRs
  • Help the Sales team in Closure by doing relevant client communication (If needed)
  • Reach out to potential clients through outbound emails, events, calls, etc. This will involve creating and implementing effective outreach strategies.
  • Understand Ideal Customers of the companies and Draft Responses to the Prospect on their Challenges to better outcomes for the team.
  • People management skills.
  • Manage all outbound leads, ensuring that all leads are promptly followed up on.
  • Make sure the overall daily target of Sending LinkedIn requests & In mails to Prospects are met by the team to Increase the chance of Success
  • Utilize Companies CRM tool to run all the activities
  • Report to Manager
  • Fill Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports of the team
  • Be a part of the daily Meetings suggested by the Manager.

This Role Requires:


  • 4+ Years of Experience in Email Marketing Industry
  • A degree in Management or Business from a Reputed Management Institute
  • Bachelors with Technology or Commerce Background
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven experience in outreach, lead management, sales, or a similar role.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Experience with customer relationship management software.
