Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Data Management & Reporting

  • Perform regular data uploads and maintenance for assigned programmes, eg. NASA, workwell leads
  • Extract, consolidate, and validate data from approved systems to support BIO programmes (e.g. lead generation, LIG, worksite initiatives).
  • Prepare and update recurring reports, dashboards, and trackers to support program monitoring and management updates.
  • Ensure data accuracy, version control, and timely distribution of reports.
  • Prepare management reports, presentation materials, and programme updates for internal stakeholders

Programme Administration & Operational Support

  • Support administrative, budgeting, planning, and execution activities for programmes and events, ensuring cost effectiveness and adherence to allocated budgets.
  • Ensure that all relevant documentation and risk assessments are in place when dealing with external vendors and customers
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to support programme implementation, data clarification, and issue resolution.

Events & Engagement Support

  • Support the planning and execution of BIO events, campaigns, and engagement activities, including coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Develop and update sales aids & marketing materials as required.
  • Support special projects and initiatives aligned with the Company's strategic priorities, including digitalisation, customer-centricity, lead generation, and business growth

Helpdesk Support

  • Manage programme enquiries through the BIO helpdesk and inbox, including logging, tracking, responding to routine enquiries, and escalating complex issues when required.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, reporting, business support, administration, programme coordination, or data-related roles.
  • Experience in the insurance, financial services, or sales support environment is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Structured, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and sense of accountability.
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, or data visualisation tools would be advantageous.
