About This Team:
International Tax Team in charge of direct tax compliance, tax accounting and restructuring and integration projects.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tax compliance for a portfolio of international entities
  • Preparation and review of CIT returns, advance tax computations.
  • Tax accounting, including tax provisioning and deferred tax accounting
• Assist in other taxcompliance requirements like transfer pricing reports, CbCR, filing tax returns in India for overseas entity,
• Assist in the income tax assessments, appeals and other notice received from the Government authorities for Direct Tax & International Tax.
• Responsible for tax accounts reconciliations in BlackLine for the portfolio of countries
• Assist in Merger and Integration related work.
• Assisting and leading liquidation processes from tax perspective
• Assist in projects initiatives.

• Skills Required:

• Technical knowledge of international tax laws and regulations
• Tax accounting experience
• Communication skills
• Attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently.

• Experience:

• CA with 1-2 years of experience or BCom/ MCOM with major in tax with 3-4 years of experience or CIMA/ACCA/CPA with 1-2 years experience
• Strong accounting and analytical skills
• Strong computer skills: proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and G Suite.
• ERP experience- Oracle experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask
