Tamil Speaker- Sales Associate Intern

• Role Description:

We are seeking a Tamil Speaker- Inside Sales Role for an internship position at Zoconut. Based in New Delhi, this is an on-site role where the intern will handle various day-to-day tasks related to business development.

• Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads and clients to schedule their lab tests.

• Assist clients with any queries or concerns regarding the lab test process.

Guide clients through the lab test booking and scheduling process.

• Coordinate with our lab test partners to ensure seamless test scheduling and sample collection.

Provide ongoing support to clients and address any issues that may arise during the lab test process.

• Qualifications:

Fluency in Tamil, English and Hindi.

• Strong communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Interest in business development and sales.

Knowledge of the health, nutrition, and fitness industries is a plus.

• Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service orientation and professional interaction with clients.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous customer service or operations experience is a plus, but not required.
