Job Description:

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Mandatory experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing.
• Strong knowledge of technical recruiting and IT skill sets.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Good understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience working with staffing companies, recruitment agencies, or IT services organizations will be preferred.
• Experience handling client-driven or MSP-based recruitment requirements is an added advantage.
