Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and smart HR Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a knack for identifying the right talent, and can manage full-cycle recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across levels.
- Understand hiring requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source and screen candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
- Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess fit and communication.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Maintain and update candidate data and pipelines.
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand hiring goals and deliver on them.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience in both IT and Non-IT domains.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills you can pitch roles, sell the company vision, and build rapport fast.
- A recruiter's brain you understand profiles, can assess fit quickly, and know how to match the right person to the right role.
- Experience with sourcing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to work in a startup environment.
Mandatory Requirements
