Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Aquiva Consulting, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates to fulfill our clients staffing requirements. You will be responsible for identifying top talent, building relationships with potential candidates, and guiding them through the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
o Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
o Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
o Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
o Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
o Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing staffing needs.
o Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
o Meet and exceed weekly recruitment targets and performance metrics.
o Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, interview outcomes, and hiring statuses.

Salary Compensation:
The standard structure of the salary will be consisting of two components majorly:
Fixed Pay
Variable Pay ( Candidate Selection Basis ) Per Annum.
The offer is subject to the interview performance.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field..
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and interview processes.
Minimum 6 months experience as a TA/Recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
