Job Location - Chembur East, Mumbai

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment i.e. identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growth in these complex and fast-evolving markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source and attract candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate the selection process with hiring managers.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for internal hiring, ensuring timely closure of open positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Handle joining formalities including documentation, reference checks, and HR database entry.
  • Conduct employee induction and ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to set up new employees for success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ years of hands-on HR experience with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and experience using job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
